A manufacturer of MV switchgear in united states wanted to analyze the market for a specific switchgear product in North America, particularly for Industry segment. Research was to be used to develop the strategy for this product in the market, to decide the way forward for the product.
A detailed study was conducted to evaluate the market opportunity for 10 largest industries through market models using secondary distribution design schemes for each of these industries. In addition to that, analysis of sales channels for the product, bid evaluation and selection process, and lead identification was carried out. The results were presented in a PowerBI dashboard for better visualization with multiple licenses to share with the remote teams.
