and reliable access to the latest research and insights. Our Network team is seeking an expert to build and maintain our primary
network of industry professionals.

Purpose of the Role:

To empower clients in the Energy sector by providing swift and reliable access to specialized knowledge and insights. This role is allabout connecting client questions with actionable solutions, making their decision-making processes easier and more effective. By building and maintaining a strong network of industry experts, you will play a key role in supporting clients as they navigate
challenges and opportunities in the evolving energy landscape.

Job Responsibilities:

Expert Acquisition:

• Identify and recruit experts across various industries to join our expert network.
• Develop and maintain relationships with potential experts through networking, outreach, and collaboration with industry
associations.

Network Management:

• Build and manage a diverse and comprehensive expert network, ensuring coverage across key industries and sectors.
• Regularly update and maintain the expert database, including contact information, expertise areas, and availability.
Collaboration with the Clients:
• Work closely with the client to understand their project requirements and identify suitable experts for interviews and
consultations.
• Coordinate expert engagements, schedule interviews, and ensure timely and effective communication between experts and
clients.

Product/Service Curation:

• Treat the expert network as a product/service, developing and refining its value proposition.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to create compelling promotional materials and communicate the unique benefits of our
expert network to potential experts.

Qualification & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field. An advanced degree (Master’s or MBA) is a plus.
• Proven experience in talent acquisition, business development, or a related field.
Skills & Attributes:
• Exceptional Communication: Ability to clearly articulate the value of the expert network and maintain effective communication with clients and experts.
• Strong Networking Abilities:

Skilled in building and sustaining meaningful relationships across diverse industries

•Ownership & Accountability:

Takes full responsibility for expert acquisition, network management, and ensuring that client
needs are met with precision and care.
• Proactive Problem-Solving: Capable of identifying challenges early and taking initiative to resolve them, ensuring smooth
operations.

Reporting Line:

This role will report to the Head of Expert Network department.
