Under the supervision of the Director of Consulting, the candidate will manage a team of Associates/Analysts to lead research and deliver consulting projects. Your task will include:

Power Technology Research (PTR) is a Silicon Valley-based professional service market research and advisory firm focusing on energy transition and electrical infrastructure markets. We are looking to hire a candidate that will be the right-hand of the Founder . The Founder’s Associate will serve as the eyes and ears for our US-based CEO as well a go-between for all special projects the Founder wishes to have taken on, often engaging with internal and external participants to complete them. This position will be instrumental in ensuring continuity across the Founder’s responsibilities despite operating in a global environment.
Your tasks will include:
Strategic Management Support:

- Act as an advisor to the Founder, assisting in the prioritization of initiatives and ensuring alignment with the firm’s goals and objectives.
- Assist the founder in developing and executing strategic initiatives.
- Conduct market research and analysis to support decision-making processes.
