Power Technology Research (PTR) is a strategic growth advisory firm helping companies in the electrical infrastructure space with market research, strategic advisory and marketing services. We pride ourselves in providing customers high-value intelligence and advice to inform strategy and investment, as well as marketing support when it comes to putting that strategy into practice. We are a very lean and fast-moving B2B company, investing and/or pivoting to capture market demand. We are looking to hire a Project Manager.

​Your tasks will include:​​

• Lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously across different regions and business lines, ensuring alignment with company goals and client expectations.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and budget management.
• Collaborate closely with the marketing team to ensure project plans align with marketing strategies and objectives, integrating marketing insights and requirements into project execution
• Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining strong relationships and ensuring satisfaction with  deliverables.
• Understand client needs and expectations, translating them into actionable project plans.
• Facilitate collaboration across business lines, ensuring consistency in service delivery and alignment with broader company objectives.
• Work closely with regional teams to tailor strategies and deliverables to local market conditions.
• Provide regular updates to clients and internal stakeholders, ensuring transparency and effective communication.
• Ensure that all project deliverables meet the highest standards of quality and are delivered on time and within  budget.
• Conduct thorough reviews of all project outputs, providing feedback and guidance to teams as needed. 
• Maintain detailed project documentation, including meeting notes, progress reports, and final deliverables.
• Prepare and present project status reports to senior management, highlighting key achievements, challenges, and next steps. ​

​Qualification & Experience: ​​

• BS/MS in Electrical Engineering only.
• 3– 4 years of experience in a similar role is preferred

Skills & Attributes: ​

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients, senior management, and team members.
• Proficiency in project management tools and software (e.g., MS Project, Asana, Trello).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines​
