Operating at the intersection of community, content, and commercial engagement, Inertia has a strong focus on fostering collaboration and innovation within the Middle East utilities ecosystem.

We are looking for a Platform Operations & Revenue Support Associate to support Inertia’s early-stage operations. This is a hybrid role combining:

Platform & operations coordination, and

Sales and revenue support activities

    You will work closely with Inertia’s Director and core partners to ensure smooth internal operations, clean data flows, and strong support for sponsorship and event sales efforts. 

    This role is ideal for someone who enjoys structure, coordination, and commercial exposure in a fast-moving, lean environment. 

    Your tasks will include:

      Support event operations and platform coordination, including registration systems, internal workflows, and documentation
      Maintain CRM hygiene, pipeline tracking, and data accuracy across sales and event activities
      Assist with sales outreach and follow-ups, including inbound lead handling and outbound coordination
      Support preparation of sales materials, proposals, and sponsor communication tracking
      Coordinate internal document sharing, version control, and workflows using Microsoft Teams
      Assist with post-event reporting, reconciliation inputs, and internal performance summaries

      Qualification & Experience:

      2–3 years experience in sales operations, coordination, or support roles
      Prior exposure to B2B sales pipelines or client-facing environments
      Experience preparing sales and project led documents such as proposals, workflows, project briefs and PMOs
      Familiarity with CRM systems and basic sales reporting
      Background in events, media, or B2B services preferred

      Skills & Attributes:

      Ability to produce clear sales and operations documents (proposals, workflows, briefs)
      Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams
      Basic project management skills aligned to milestones and timelines
      High attention to detail in data tracking, documentation, and follow-ups
      Comfortable supporting regional directives in a fast-paced setup
