Heba holds a bachelor’s in accounting and finance from FAST and an MBA in Human Resource from the same university.

Her expertise covers the entire spectrum of talent acquisition and onboarding, ensuring a seamless experience for new hires. Heba’s hard work and dedication have been instrumental in successfully building PTR’s HR department from the ground up, transforming it into an exceptional team. Being an HR professional with diverse experience in various HR functions, Hammad is a Talent acquisition expert working across the recruitment cycle. He received his Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree from Karachi University Business School, University of Karachi, and has worked in the logistics and technology industry over the years. With his exceptional Analytical skills, he is responsible for handling all the employee data and records at PTR along with hiring and retaining of best talent for the company within the defined timelines. He represents the company on various social media platforms for job postings and participates as a recruiter at recruitment drives. He has received certifications in HR Metrics and Strategies.
His diversified experience in People and Operations Management helped him gain various professional accolades such as his leadership role at PTR of leading HR, Finance, IT and Administration Teams.
With a personal vision to enlighten lives, Shafaq Zehra is an HR Professional with an inclination towards the field of Organizational Development and Learning. Over 7 years of experience, she maintains a strong grip on various functions of Human Resource Management such as Performance Management, Talent acquisition, Employee engagement etc. Her role in PTR is primarily responsible for creating learning and engagement opportunities for the employees, positively impacting companies’ retention.
Alongside her professional accolades, she is also a Research Fellow with several publications on topics including leadership, critical thinking, organizational development etc. Her publication on Impact of COVID-19 on HR Practices has been published in an international journal earning her recognition as a sound researcher. The candidate will be working with our clients around the world, spanning multiple geographies and industries to support and grow their businesses
Your tasks will include:
♦ Carry out secondary research to mine data/information from publicly available reports/strategy plans of key stakeholders in energy/e-mobility sector.
♦ Conduct primary research in the form of expert interviews/discussions to gather insights and market trends.
♦ Store and maintain the data/information gathered through primary and secondary research in the form of databases
♦ Extract key market trends from these databases and create links with industry specific or macroeconomic trends
♦ Analyze qualitative information and generate robust mechanisms to forecast markets
♦ Write articles/ impressions on key market trends
♦ Take ownerships of a product, by overseeing junior analysts to meet product and project deadlines.
Qualification & Experience:

Purpose of the Role:
The purpose of this role is to maintain and optimize the company’s IT systems, cloud platforms, and user environment to ensure stability, security, and high performance. By providing timely support and continuous improvements, the role empowers teams to operate efficiently and without disruption in a remote environment.
Job Responsibilities:
- Administer and manage Microsoft environments including Azure Active Directory, Office 365, Exchange, and SharePoint.
- Provide training to users on how to use Office 365 tools effectively.
- Administer and provision for infrastructure across AWS, GCP, Hostinger, WordPress, and domain management platforms.
- Work with external consultants to access platforms to work toward solutions.
