Alexandre Videira was Chairman of the Board at MOBI.E, for the three-year period 2014- 2019. He was also a director of INTELI – Inteligência em Inovação, Innovation Centre, and SGORME, S.A. – Sociedade Gestora de Operações da Rede de Mobilidade Elétrica, representing the Portuguese State. From 2005 to 2009, he was an advisor to the Assistant Secretary of State for Industry and Innovation in the areas of Innovation, Industrial Policy, Cluster Policy, Financial Support Instruments for Companies and Foreign Economic Policy. He was also a member of the Monitoring Committee for the Competitiveness Factors Operational Programme and the NSRF Regional Operational Programmes. Previously, he was R&D Director and Principal Project Manager at INTELI, working in the areas of Industrial and Innovation Policy, Organizational Learning and Cluster Policies. He has a Master’s Degree in Engineering, Technology Management and Innovation Policies and a Degree in Chemical Engineering, both from IST – Instituto Superior Técnico of UTL.Â
