Heba Jalil is a seasoned HR professional with over four years of experience in talent acquisition and various other human resource domains. She is known for her supportive nature, always going the extra mile to ensure her team is motivated and satisfied. Heba holds a bachelor’s in accounting and finance from FAST and an MBA in Human Resource from the same university.
Her past roles involved managing teams, handling employee grievances, overseeing recruitment processes, managing employee engagement initiatives, and handling HR operations. Her expertise covers the entire spectrum of talent acquisition and onboarding, ensuring a seamless experience for new hires. Heba’s hard work and dedication have been instrumental in successfully building PTR’s HR department from the ground up, transforming it into an exceptional team. Her diverse skill set, and commitment makes her an ideal person for the TA Manager role at PTR.
Being an HR professional with diverse experience in various HR functions, Hammad is a Talent acquisition expert working across the recruitment cycle. He received his Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree from Karachi University Business School, University of Karachi, and has worked in the logistics and technology industry over the years. With his exceptional Analytical skills, he is responsible for handling all the employee data and records at PTR along with hiring and retaining of best talent for the company within the defined timelines. He represents the company on various social media platforms for job postings and participates as a recruiter at recruitment drives. He has received certifications in HR Metrics and Strategies.
His diversified experience in People and Operations Management helped him gain various professional accolades such as his leadership role at PTR of leading HR, Finance, IT and Administration Teams.
With a personal vision to enlighten lives, Shafaq Zehra is an HR Professional with an inclination towards the field of Organizational Development and Learning. Over 7 years of experience, she maintains a strong grip on various functions of Human Resource Management such as Performance Management, Talent acquisition, Employee engagement etc. Her role in PTR is primarily responsible for creating learning and engagement opportunities for the employees, positively impacting companies’ retention.
Alongside her professional accolades, she is also a Research Fellow with several publications on topics including leadership, critical thinking, organizational development etc. Her publication on Impact of COVID-19 on HR Practices has been published in an international journal earning her recognition as a sound researcher. She has earned her master’s in public administration (MPA) from the University of Karachi and master’s in philosophy (MPhil.) from Department of Public Administration, UoK. She also holds experience of working as a Visiting Faculty at the University for Graduate, Undergraduate and Post Graduate students.
